Born in Albania, Iris spent her childhood living in Vlore, a city off the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. In 1990 her family immigrated to Michigan, were she went on to graduate with a Bachelors in Communication and trained in Latin Ballroom Dancing.

 

It was not long after graduation that she made the move to Chicago and began her career as an actress and model. Bacardi Limon was her first notable ad campaign. She appeared on their bottle internationally for an entire year.

 

Other national ad campaigns include Motorola, SC Johnson, V-Tech, Radio Flyer, LG Refrigerators and Abbott Laboratories.

 

Iris has also been cast in national commercials for Scottrade, T-Mobile, Apple and McDonald's.

 

She continues to build a successful career appearing in over a dozen independent films from a wide range of genres, including the horror anthology Chop Shop (The Disappeared), the sci-fi Citizen In The Temple, and the crime Bastard Son Of A Thousand Fathers.
